In Agbarha-Otor community, Delta State, there’s tension as the remains of an unidentified young girl were discovered in a local cleric’s house on Onomuke Street.The cleric had apparently used a machete to harm the girl and had also destroyed his father’s shrine in the area. The reasons behind these actions remain unclear.
Thankfully, security agents from Agbarha-Otor B’ Division arrived in time to prevent the pastor from being lynched by an angry mob. We tried to contact Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Bright Edafe, for confirmation, but he was unavailable at the time of this report.
