It may be the beginning of the end times as the Bible predicts, especially with the happenings in our society and the world at large.
An unpalatable story from a supposed man of God, is that of 38-year-old pastor with one of the Pentecostal churches in Benin, named Pastor Ekene Samuel.
Pastor Samuel was arrested for allegedly getting Miracle Nwabueze, 17, to do an abortion after getting her pregnant.
The pastor was among 102 suspected criminals paraded by the Edo Police Commissioner Dan-Mallam Muhammed, for involvement in various crimes in the state.
According to the story, the pastor was assisted by one of his church members, Happy Johnson, who was paraded a long with him at the State Police Command.
It was gathered that the command received a complaint from one Henry Aikhuamen that one Miracle Nwabueze, 17-yrs-old was missing, and that operatives of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad using Hi-Tech intelligence located Miss Miracle Nwabueze on a sick bed at Graceville Medical Centre, Ewa Road, Benin.
In the words of the Commissioner of Police in the state, he said “On enquiry, the doctor informed the police that one Deaconess Happy Johnson brought her for treatment. She was arrested and confessed that one Pastor Ekene Samuel asked her to assist him bring Miracle Nwabueze to the hospital for abortion.
“The victim confessed that she was impregnated by Pastor Ekene Samuel, who charmed and had sex with her five times in December, 2018. Pastor Ekene Samuel was arrested and charms were recovered from him in his house,” he said.
During an interview with journalists, the pastor confessed that he had a love relationship with the underage girl, but he quit the relationship due to her behaviour which could not continue to put up with.
