Nigerians have been told to seek formal approval before using the national anthem to avoid potential misuse or misinterpretation. A 37-year-old woman, Fatima Abubakar, in Yola South Local Government Area of Adamawa State has been arrested for allegedly torturing two toddlers under her care.
