Olori Anuoluwapo, the estranged wife of the Alaafin of Oyo, raised alarm over what she described as a threat to her life on her Instagram page.
She alleged that she is being threatened for ending her marriage with the Alaafin.
Olori Aanu revealed that she walked out of the union because she couldn’t continue to live in bondage.
The estranged Queen said the monarch should be held responsible if anything bad happens to her and her children.
Olori Aanu stated that she chose not to grant an interview to any media outlet but refused to be quiet about what she described as a threat to her life.
However, she asked people who have formed their opinions, either biased or unbiased to walk in her shoes first and see where it hurts before passing judgment.
“This is an outcry to protect my life, that I left the palace should not warrant a threat to my life. I can never deny my children the right to their father, however, it is only motherly for me to have them with me.”
Olori Aanu further added that her family is been harassed because her location is unknown to the King.
She also apologized to anyone who may be disappointed or angry at her for putting out the statement.
