Adeyemi of the Lagos State High Court Family/Probate Court in Ikeja, has dismissed the application filed by Christian Chukwuka Wigwe and Pastor Shyngle Wigwe, asking for the appointment of interim administrators in the estate of the late former Group Managing Director and CEO of Access Bank, Herbert Wigwe. In a ruling delivered on February 6, 2025, the court resolved all issues raised by the applicants and deemed their claims unsustainable. Police inspector found dead in hotel, woman flees

A police officer with the rank of an Inspector, identified as Haruna Mohammed has been found dead in a hotel room in, Akute area of Ogun state. The inspector attached to Ishashi Police Division in Lagos State, was said to have arrived with a woman to Super G Royal hotel, located at Anthony Uzum Estate, Oyeyemi Akute, at about 1:00 am on Saturday.
