Beatrice Ekweremadu, the wife of former deputy senate president, Sen. Ike Ekweremadu been released from prison in the United Kingdom and she is now back in Nigeria. The lawmaker’s wife returned on Tuesday to celebration and prayers for her husband’s safe return. Beatrice and her husband were convicted for charges bothering on organ harvesting and trafficking in May 2023. EFCC officer allegedly absconds with $30,000 cash exhibit in Kaduna

An official of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) based in its Kaduna Zonal Office, tasked with managing exhibits, has reportedly vanished along with over $30,000 and other valuables.
