Kano flood: 29 killed, 14,244 houses destroyed

Kano State has recorded no fewer than 29 deaths by flood while 14,244 houses were destroyed across the 44 local councils of the State this year. Blind woman arrested with fresh human skull in Akwa Ibom

A blind aged woman was yesterday paraded by operatives of the Akwa Ibom State Police Command, for allegedly possessing a fresh human skull. The suspect was paraded alongside 138 others who were arrested across the state for various offences including murder, militancy, abduction, cultism, armed robbery, stealing, unlawful possession of firearms and vandalism, among others.
