Several shops were yesterday gutted by fire in the Dugbe Alawo area of Ibadan, Oyo State, the commercial hub of Ibadan. Two big structures (a bungalow and a storey building) housing the shops were badly affected by the fire. Although no life was lost in the outbreak, properties worth several millions of naira perished in the incident. Some vehicles also perished in the occurrence. Cross River governor approves N30,000 monthly salary for 8,000 youths
Prof. Ben Ayade, Governor of Cross River State,, has distributed stimulus package to vulnerable persons and citizens in the 18 local government areas of the state.
