The Federal Government has told the Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) that it had “no record of the exact amount of public funds stolen by a former military Head of State, Gen. Teenager arrested for defiling five minors in one week
Nwafor Jacob, an 18-year-old boy, was on Friday remanded in a correctional centre by an Ebonyi State Magistrates’ Court in Abakaliki for allegedly defiling a 10-year-old minor. The suspect, who was alleged to have serially engaged in the act for one week, was also alleged to have had the carnal knowledge of four other minors.
