The Federal Government has told the Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) that it had “no record of the exact amount of public funds stolen by a former military Head of State, Gen. Nwafor Jacob, an 18-year-old boy, was on Friday remanded in a correctional centre by an Ebonyi State Magistrates’ Court in Abakaliki for allegedly defiling a 10-year-old minor. A fake naval officer, Azeez Ali, has been arrested by men of the Lagos State Police Command for allegedly mutilating the private parts of a 42-year-old man, Sunday Amoo. A gas explosion which occurred at Abule-Ado area, near the International Trade Fair Complex, Amuwo Odofin Local Government Area of Lagos State on Sunday, has left no fewer than 17 persons dead and 25 others injured.
