Teacher sacked for impregnating pupil in Ekiti

The Ekiti state Teaching Service Commission commission has announced the dismissal of a secondary school teacher, Mr Gbenga Owoosi, for allegedly impregnating a 17-year-old pupil. Health minister tests positive for coronavirus in UK

A minister in the British health department, Nadine Dorries, has tested positive for coronavirus. She revealed this in a statement on Tuesday, raising concerns about whether senior government figures have been infected. “I can confirm I have tested positive for coronavirus… and have been self-isolating at home,” said the Conservative MP. Seyi Makinde, Oyo State Governor, on Tuesday signed the Oyo State Security Network Agency Bill 2020 for the Establishment of Amotekun Corps into law.
